S\u00e3o 112 c\u00e2meras, 78 operadores em 20 estados do Brasil. N\u00fameros impressionantes e que atestam o tamanho e relev\u00e2ncia da Rede dentro da Ci\u00eancia de meteoros no mundo. Mas a ess\u00eancia do trabalho permanece naquilo que, \u00e0s vezes, parece ser o mais simples.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro destes conceitos, nesta \u00faltima semana aconteceu algo que hoje pode parecer uma pequena fra\u00e7\u00e3o dentro um trabalho maior. Mas, considerando que o n\u00edvel de respaldo que temos hoje \u00e9 fruto de um esfor\u00e7o legitimamente colaborativo, nada mais justo do que celebrar um grande feito.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00faltimo dia primeiro de fevereiro, um meteoro &#8220;comum&#8221;, atravessou o c\u00e9u do interior da Bahia. N\u00e3o era um fireball ou mesmo muito brilhante. N\u00e3o era de uma das grandes chuvas de meteoros, nem mesmo era um espor\u00e1dico, capaz de entrar no grupo de pesquisa para novos radiantes. N\u00e3o foi mais longo ou mais curto que a maioria, n\u00e3o tinha cores ex\u00f3ticas ou se fragmentava. Mas ocorreu na hora certa e na posi\u00e7\u00e3o certa.<\/p>\n<p>O tal meteoro entra para hist\u00f3ria! Se destaca dos milhares que alimentam desde cadernos \u00e0 softwares de c\u00e1lculos. destoa de dezenas de milhares que est\u00e3o arquivados em nossos banco de dados. Aquele meteoro aparentemente comum, gerou a primeira \u00f3rbita, determinada por esta\u00e7\u00f5es associadas \u00e0 BRAMON, em c\u00e9u baiano.<\/p>\n<p>Visto a partir de Irec\u00ea e de Concei\u00e7\u00e3o do Coit\u00e9, o meteoro que surgiu na atmosfera pouco depois das 3h da manh\u00e3 do dia primeiro, ganha um lugar especial em nossa galeria. Assim, por conta do efeito de paralaxe, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel reconstituir a trajet\u00f3ria que o meteoro teve no espa\u00e7o tridimensional. Uma vez que tenhamos a trajet\u00f3ria e a velocidade geoc\u00eantrica, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel determinar qual a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o que o meteoro possu\u00eda no espa\u00e7o, antes de colidir com a Terra.\u00a0 Isto nos possibilita a reconstruir a \u00f3rbita do mesmo. Isto significa que quando o mesmo passou pelas proximidades da Terra na pen\u00faltima vez, Wendel era bem crian\u00e7a e Alexsandro nem sequer era nascido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A BRAMON compreende e incentiva os seus integrantes a valorizar cada meteoro, por mais simples que seu registro possa parecer. O caminho entre ajustar os equipamentos para uma noite de capturas e a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de conceitos em din\u00e2mica orbita que ir\u00e3o preencher artigos cient\u00edficos est\u00e1 aberto para todos. Oportunidades para a busca de forma\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o tanto nos canais acad\u00eamicos quanto atrav\u00e9s de leitura de artigos, tutoriais, pesquisas pr\u00f3prias e forma\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O pequeno meteoro omicron Hydrids registrado na Bahia, encerra em si, todos os conceitos positivos que a BRAMON n\u00e3o s\u00f3 apregoa, mas se prop\u00f5em a vivenciar. E por mais clich\u00ea que possa parecer, notamos aqui: 1 + 1 &gt; 2. Pois duas esta\u00e7\u00f5es, trabalhando juntas, conseguem promover a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de dados orbitais que nos d\u00e3o uma face muito mais leg\u00edtima de cada meteoro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">O pareamos das esta\u00e7\u00f5es MDE1 e WGI1 foi apenas o primeiro de tantos outros que vir\u00e3o.
