Foi lan\u00e7ada pelos chineses em setembro de 2011 como o primeiro m\u00f3dulo da esta\u00e7\u00e3o espacial do pa\u00eds, servindo como um passo para uma grande esta\u00e7\u00e3o modular, com recursos permanentes no futuro. Ela media 10,4 metros de comprimento x 3,35 de di\u00e2metro e, contando com seus pain\u00e9is solares, tinha uma envergadura de 17 metros. Mas existem softwares de modelagem que permitem calcular o hor\u00e1rio aproximado e uma determinada margem de erro. Diversas ag\u00eancias, sites especializados e\u00a0profissionais independentes trabalharam\u00a0para tentar\u00a0estimar esses dados com a maior precis\u00e3o poss\u00edvel. Acompanhamos durante esse processo, o site Satflare.com que exibia os c\u00e1lculos realizados pelo Joseph Remis. Com a aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o da reentrada, pudemos isolar as passagens sobre o Brasil e calcular o risco por estado e o risco total de queda em solo brasileiro. Essas estat\u00edsticas variaram conforme as novas previs\u00f5es iam sendo divulgadas at\u00e9 que na manh\u00e3 do dia 1\u00b0, as previs\u00f5es j\u00e1 apontavam que o Brasil estava fora da \u00e1rea de impacto de poss\u00edveis detritos.
